As a former "I hate all exercise" gal to now a personal trainer, I've been where you might be. I've been at the crossroads of wanting change, but not knowing how to get there and achieve my goals in a healthy way.
There is so much information out there about health and wellness and it can all be so overwhelming, it was for me. Until I had other people walk beside me and guide me in my journey. My own journey inspired me with a passion to break down the complexities of fitness and create a community of accountability, simplicity, and adaptability for others' so that life change can happen.
I absolutely love teaching women to dig deep into being who God created them to be by focusing on self-care and getting disciplined. One of my favorite things is helping women figure out how to get into rhythms, routines, & schedules.
Forming healthy habits has become a passion of mine and I want to teach you how to do it too!

How It Works:
Each month you will get access to an online goal-setting workshop, daily journal prompts & reading assignments, monthly at-home workouts, a member's only Facebook group, monthly focus guide, a monthly memory verse and word of the month.
We will focus on the five aspects of whole-body health
